Killed wrong NPC's
Killed wrong NPC's
Ok down and dirty while wandering around the world looking for places to explore and some nice new loot I have killed off all the named vampires. While smiting down the villians was pretty nice and loaded me up on a full set of glass and ebony armor. I now realize I wont be able to do any of the "quests" with the vampires.
So now on to my question does the console command, RA replace all of the NPC's in the game or will I have to look up all the various peoples names and use placeatpc "xxxx" 1,1,1 to fix this?

1,1,1 put's the NPC right next to where you are standing.Originally posted by coolguyclay
Where would placing them at 1,1,1 put them? Just in that cell? On the main maP? I have done kind of the same thing, and would like to fix the problem too. Did the reset actors command work?
Thanks.

LOL
S_S nah not buffy just walked into a cavern found some vamps that of course attacked me and I procceded to lay the wood to em. Problem is that I did kill all the named vampires. Using the command RA didnt help and to replace them I would have to go to the TES and look up all their names put them back in the right zones then RA those zones to fix my carnage. So instead being a lazy kinda guy I just restored my game from 5 days before the carnage went from lvl 33 to 12 and went about my way.

Now thats funny I normally quick save about ever other fight and any time I go into a town or dungon. Its unforunate that to truely save the game you have to hit esacpe and go to save and blah blah takes to darn long. But then again I guess I am just too lazy to go do that and now its gone ad cost me a couple days of playing guess that shows me that I should look at saving as a return on investment.
cursed f5
Tell me about it, I must have done the beginning quests for the guilds and houses at least a dozen times now. I usually get so pissed off, and realize all the problems with my character, so rather than reload weeks prior gametime, I start all over.
I hate the theives guild.
About the NPC's sometimes you get some neat responses for killing the wrong NPC's, without actually failing you missions.

My computer has wheels, so it can run over the other, inferior computers!
