How do I get there???????

I am currently in Suldanessellar and am nearing the end of the game. I noticed that I have not been to two places in the the game. One of them is Sahuagin City and the other is Hell.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I get to these places or am I too late in the game to go there??? I really would like to get to all areas of the game before the end.

The Sahaua... Shark City is only accessible if you choose to leave the Asylum via Havarians ship. There are a few good items there, including the awesome Cloak of Mirroring (kinda odd that the game rewards you for making a stupid choice, but I don`t mind).

Hell is still to come, it`s after Suldenessalar (you`ll find out soon enough for yourseld).
