Btw, I think the hypnotic effects should be a little bit more powerful so that MOD resistances are rendered ineffective against them

Hmm....do you know of anything that could render a MOD's resistances useless?

I think it's easier to find something that could render their resistances obsolete rather than to search for a flaw in it....although that's probably just my preference

The secret is all in the flappy tongue smiley I just posted. It freaks El Sleepo out, and will hence distract him from resisting the GIGGLEs effects.
