Hello everyone --

I am still alive. It's Der-draigen by the way. You know...Der-draigen...the one who talks to dread wolves...the one who was fighting the Shadow Master...oh well, I don't blame y'all for not remembering me. The fact is it's been impossible to get to my computer between work and other things going on in my life at present. I haven't forgotten my friends here and think of you all often

I also apologize for my absence and any inconvenience to the story I'm sure it caused.

Unfortunately though, I'm going to have to leave the story altogether. Hey, what am I saying, I don't even know if DD is IN the story anymore...And if y'all just took over and did stuff with her (no lewd comments please

), I completely understand. I just can't make the commitment to write on a regualr basis anymore. I may pop in from time to time, but I can't do a regular storyline

I'm going to try to catch up on the story (any help woul be appreciated

) and write DD out if she's still around.

Of course, PM's and e-mails are still always welcome

Hey DD - nice to see you!

I will respond to your email asap - it has been a little chaotic my end

DD is still in the story, a difficult character to forget IMO

the rest of us are heading to fight the Abomination. What if I mail you at the appropriate time to take on the SM then afterwards DD can make the occasional cameo??

It is sad you are leaving us though

I hope everything is ok, please stay in touch...

Gwally, your most recent post reminds me of sam raimi's army of darkness. The personification is hilarious. Am I that vampiric mist??? I've been awfully busy and had a writers cramp of sorts. Now trying to get caught up and figure out what to do with my character.

Seriously, I will miss your presence in the DF thread. I enjoyed not only your character but your contribution to the story as a whole. Der-draigen is a unique character.... who amply reflected the uniqueness of her creator. I hope you will drop by from time to time for hugs and grins.

Maybe it was a birch with all that soft, supple bark. Maybe a willow for the 'Lady Godiva' look. Or any other deciduous tree - the leaves just fall right off!

Everything is okay; I just can't get to a computer as often as I used to

An occasional cameo sounds good

I'm going to write a brief post now, and you can mail or PM me to coordinate everything. Then I'll come back for the big deal fight and drop out of sight
