Journal Mod

I came across a Journal mod in my travels but for the life of me I cannot find it now. It is the one that writes off unfinished quests (due sometimes to assassin quests where the quest giver is killed) or the Grandmaster going on holidays. Someone point me to it???

Might be the Quest Collater mod, which you can find up at http://morrowind.rpgdot.com/index.php and at http://morrowindfiles.com/ The latter has plenty of mods, but it loads very annoying Discover Card popups with each screen change within the site.
