Seems like everybody has left... ah well.
I don't feel like sitting behind the pc anymore. Think I'll grab a real beer.

Have a nice weekend everybody!
Guinness is good for you.

Seeya Rob.

I'm flattered, @Eerhardt. :o :D I'm probably going top be a lifelong acadaemic, once I'm out of University (which I plan on being in for a long time) I'll probably take up a job as a lecturer or something. I've found, to my great surprise, that I quite enjoy teaching based upon my admittedly limited experiences so far.

Georgi rarely shows up until about an hour and a quarter or so from now.

Good point, Ode. But I'm going to have to call it a day nonetheless. Have a great weekend - I imagine the amount of catching up I'd have to do if I don't find a way of visiting the forum tomorrow or on Sunday  ** heads for the lab ** I trust it you'll set the self-defense mechanism then ;) ?

EDIT - Dang, see what I mean? Anyway, have a good weekend too, BS.

My problem is more along the lines of not being able to afford PoR. I've got BG2/ToB and that's about it.

Sorry to leave you, but I'm off to bed. **Leaves a GIGGLE and a herbal tea out for Mysty, and an E.C.h.C. with a concealed *hug* out for Georgi, and heads for his gunner's berth** Ask Dusty if you want anything to drink.

Now, of course, I'm having an average day and having stayed up until 2AM last night am feeling pretty tired to boot, and I regret not taking advantage of a potentially profitable situation. That is the 'chaotic' part speaking, and that's the part I usually listen to. ;)

**Orders Dusty to get an E.C.h.C. from the bar** Lousy conscience. :D
So that explains why you were so nice yesterday... and why you left me a GIGGLE and a herbal tea. :D

@Brink: not making your tail into a c0cktail... just the recipe that gave it to you

good think I don't want to make you my slaves ... kept me from getting hypnothized ... again :D

**downs herbal tea, then GIGGLE, starts giggling madly, then stares at the wall for a minute, than gets back to normal**

Hm, I think GIGGLE and herbal tea work against each oth ... **passes out**

Thanks for the GIGGLE

(awaiting side effects)

I can't decide whose massage techniques to sample first, Stilgar's or Gwally's. Then again, I could command Georgi's slave, Ode, to give me one, since she has said she will lend him to me.

And now for something completely different...
a little bar anecdote from last night--
or Why We Had to Sneak Out of Mars Bar

Went to Mars Bar (one of the few authentic East Village bars left). My boyfriend and I were talking to this guy--he was nice, a little off-the-wall, but who isn't? After a while, the guy says to me, "Are you and your boyfriend *open-minded*?" I said, "It depends on what you mean by that." He then started telling my boyfriend how *hot* I was. I whispered to my boyfriend that I thought the guy was coming on to us both. Wanted a little threesome, he did. He then asked if he could tag along with us to see a band we knew at another bar. We asked another friend to cover the door for us, and ducked out of there tout suite. This is not the first time that's happened to us--last time was in a bar in Roanoke, Virginia. This ever happen to any of you?

BTW, wish me luck at the Belmont Stakes tomorrow. Hoping that War Emplem takes the Triple Crown.

Yeah, about 4:30pm, when I get up...

But as it happens, I got up early and went out into the real world today  Sorry if you're feeling neglected, guys :D

@VooD be my guest, but I'm not sure he's a responsible masseur I suspect he has a case of wandering hand syndrome... ;) Can't say that ever happened to me... uh, not a stranger anyway :o :D

Anyway, I am off again to see Spiderman (yay!), back later ;)

You mean I have to share you with the real world now? :( :D Enjoy Spiderman.

@Voo-ROFL!
I'll be glad to help with regard to your massage troubles, however as Georgi has already pointed out I do a very thorough job. ;)

@Mysty-the problem is once I start being nice to someone generally I don't stop being nice to them unless something drastic happens. That's why I left out the drinks yesterday even though it was a pretty lousy day. Please don't abuse this too much. ;) :)
Due to my inconvenient conscience attack, you can probably drink what you like in safety, unless someone mentions the trigger word for your 'chicken' state. Which I'll tell them not to.

Whoah, I think I went away again... :D Well it was a special occasion, what with England beating Argentina :p and me getting to play Halo for the first time, for about 12 straight hours :D

Having managed to plough through the SLURRing and read what bits of the thread I missed, I would like to proudly accept the post of Proud Test Subject and Nick Counter of the Rolling Thunder (TM). What happens now? Do I have to swear an oath that gives you rights over all the worldly possessions that I have and will ever have? Do I have to do whatever you say for the first week whilst on probation? Do I (shock, horror  ) have to change my signature?? :p :D
