You needn't join, but come around for a drink during the week anyway. We recruit anyone who wants to join, but other than that we can't usually be bothered.

It's also worth noting that the 'slaves' can also be part of other groups, and that the line between slave (read: willing servant as Georgi so rightly pointed out) and master (used as a blanket term) has been steadily blurring over the past few weeks.
The SLURRites and the DFs have been slicing and dicing each other for so long now that we're all really rather good at it.

@Brink-We're almost out of positions, so keep the recruiting to a minimum until we can create some more.

@Dottie-I think you fall under a sub-group of the 'slaves' faction. Something about the 'unwitting' part seems to strike a chord in your case.

No offence, Dottie, but Georgi has you firmly wrapped around her little finger too. On the other hand, I'm there too, so at least we've got each other for company.

It's far easier to wriggle your way out of any unpleasant slave duties once you've admitted it, BTW. I'll take a look at my schedule and see what we can work out re. dividing the duties. I'm keeping the sponge baths though.
