Is there a trick to opening his door? I have the key I got off of Hav that says it's the key for the Aram area, but the door won't open. Game bug?

one of the doors can only be opened by finding a button somewhere in the complex

The button is in the area past the traning room, with all the big spiked obstacles. That will deactivate his door.
