Problem with Containers (gem bags, etc...)

Okay i've been having major pauses in my gameplay recently, The game just stops entirly for 1 second every 4 seconds, so I set out to find the problem. I tried everything from turning EAX off to adding more ram to my computer. Nothing seemed to work.

Then I decided maybe my comp cant handle all the items my guys have. So I started taking them off....it made no difference until I removed the gem bag and two scroll cases I had on the characters. Right after those items were dropped the game ran perfectly.

Now I'm wondering is there a patch to fix containers so they dont do this, or am I just the unlucky soul, and this is an isolated incident, because i've looked around a bit and havnt seen anyone post anything related to this problem.

Yeah got the patch, im also using The Darkest Day and the BaldurDash addon for TDD
