Ok, this is the map according to me.

The reason the Portugal fleet didnt move is that the orders didnt specify wich coast of spain it should move to.

or what? Over the summer it's obvious that not all of us will be around all the time, so we'll have to work something out.

Obviously I will support his unit in Kiel who holds because he doesnt submitt orders.
