Just saying your a Fighter/Mage (multi) which stronghold would I get??

I got Nalia's Keep.
I did that quest first, and do not know what would have happened if I had done the planar sphere first.

You can get either the Keep or the Planar Sphere. It depends on which one you do first, obviously, the one you do first is the one that you'll get - although you can decline the Keep and then get the Planar Sphere (not the other way around though, since the Sphere is forced on you if you don't have a stronghold yet)
