Absolutely. Please, guys, label it when you're going to put stuff like that in a topic or a post, and if it's in a post, drop the contents down a bit so somebody who doesn't want the answer simply handed to 'em won't catch it at once. Okay?
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Hit really hard.
Or Charm him, use him to mop up the other Kou-Toa and all those Drow, then send him up against that Beholder a few caverns away. He'll get toasted by the Death ray eventually.

Even with my rushed straight to Spellhold party and no pollution it could be done using haste and then the highest rate of fire weapons Dart/Arrows etc of wounding and biting and a party of six (I forgot about the polluted tadpole schtik). Buffs to assist the 'To Hit' position are also recommended.

Phantom Lord's advice is the way to go, but one additional tidbit: the 6th level mage spell "Death Spell" will take out nearly all of the Kuo Toa without a save. This doesn't affect Kuo Toa Mages, but I think it does affect the Prince (not sure about that, it's been awhile since I've done this.)
What I usually do is send Minsc or some other tank with boots of speed and some protection from stunning to poison the pond. The Kuo Toa will usually follow him, jamming themselves in that narrow passage. Then have Imoen (or some other mage) cast a Death Spell or two to kill the lot of them. This only leaves one or two stragglers which can be easily mopped up.
