but why not just download the exp-cap-remover?
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

Put the zip file in the overide directory
right click on it, and choose: extract here

BTW, dousn't shadowkeeper come in a zip-file to?

Did you change the preset location when you installed the game? If not then, the directory you want would be at C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA\Override. You can use either My Computer or Windows Explorer to copy the zip file to that directory and then unzip it there.

You can alter the XPs with SK and specify any amount you want. It won't remove the XP cap, though.

Using Shadow Keeper to alter exp points is very easy but I warn you:

It takes the fun away from the game if you have the exp-cap remover. If you want to enjoy the game, forget Shadow Keeper. I used it to make a powerful fighter/mage and the game got too easy and simply BORING...that wasn´t funny at all.
The less you know...the more happier you´ll be.

There is a program to remove the Exp-Cap but you won't be able to take your characters into ToB. And once its gone, well you can't bring it back ;)
