The last few weeks have just been amazing; first World Cup kicks off (and that is just about the greatest show on earth...!!!)
Then, I get both Morrowind and Commandos 2 in my mailbox for very good prices...!
I just don't know how to split up my sparetime between all these little goodies... Being a European geezer I have the soccer/football in the morning until after lunch and then a bit of studying and then computer gaming for the remaining of the day... I don't need a life. I don't need nothing more right now.
THAT IS DANGEROUS!!
Bottomline is: Reality will hit you like a rusty sledgehammer when you least expect it, so enjoy your gaming and problem free (for the gamer, that is) enviroment of Vvardenfell.'
Me myself got hit by dental problems and a failed exam. I guess sucked marrow out of it.
Cheers!
P.S Go Sweden!! D.S
ain't it great?

And now Age of Wonders II and NWN are out. Your health is indeed jeapardized, my friend.
I am genuinely curious how interactive NWN is going to prove. That's perhaps the feature I miss most in Morrowind (and its predecessors), a sense of real communication and dialog with characters in the very well dileneated land of Vvardenfell.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

I expect to have a copy by early next week, as I'm reviewing it (elsewhere). Yes, they said September--but I also wrote that it would be out in June, several months ago.
The main holdup was achieving worldwide release, and I believe they've dealt with that, by now.

Many eons ago I failed an exam because I couldn't stop playing Dungeon Master on the Atari ST. I had to take an extra course in my final year in order to get a decent degree.
And I still think the real world is way overrated. Right now I have a perfectly good job but I'm running late on my deadlines because I can't stop thinking about Morrowind. I need to get off this forum and do some work.
Maybe, in a bit.

I'm already making backups of my harddisk, because this weekend I'm gonna format it and prepare it for Neverwinter Nights.
I'm really thinking about having only this game on my harddisk for years
and so I'm only putting stuff on it which is optimal for NWN

Where there's a will, there is a way.
And if there is no way, then we're going to hack and shoot it clear!
