There are a total of only 5 Bhaal Spawn right? Okay, so that's:

1) You
2) Imoen
3) Sarevok
4) at the beginning of ToB you run into a Bhaal Spawn and you kill her easily.
5) You hear about a kobold Bhaal spawn being tortured and killed by trolls or something whlie in Saradush.

Isn't the game over? Or am I wrong in there being only 5 Bhaal Spawn?

BTW, I've only gone a little, VERY little into the Throne of Bhaal expansion, so if somehow you need to divulge more plot within ToB, please allow me some advanced warning. Thank you.

The woman (Illasera i believe) is one of THE FIVE, there are not just 5 bhallspawn, as shown on the end cut scene in BG1 with the colleseum full of statues which represent various bhallspawn.

given your list there are 7 bhaalspawn running around, since Sarevok isn't anymore.
And when you kill I Ilesera that leaves 6.

Uhm.. if you aced the battle with Ilesera, d/l the tougher, she truly is.. she's becomes a 6itch to kill.

According to the intro, Bhaal "spawned a score of mortal progeny". The Five aren't the only ones you meet, though they are the only ones that really matter.
