This guy is hilarious. Hes some dude on a deserted island with a chair. You can talk to him about tons of stuff including nudity, why multiplayer isnt included, the recipe for becoming a lich, how tasty horses are, the many invisible dragons watching your every movement etc...

His location is: an extremely tiny island south east of dragon fel and north west of ald daedroth. If you go directly east of Mzuleft Ruins your should run into him. He reminds me of santa with that fur hat. So look for santa.

btw i had to admire him a few times for him to talk to me. He talked to me when he was at 70/100.

Ohh ya he also talks of a shrine of boethiah anyone know where that is? he says its underwater in the west sea.
