used keys

Post by torrin »

I had the ancient rusted iron key and used it to get into room 44, but i seem to have forgotten to go do room 42, (touch the ceremonial stone) now i don't have the key any longer. Is there as way i can get it back? I've gone back to room 32 but it's not there. do key's go back to the room you found them in when you use them?

In area #44 there is a straircase that leads down to Deep Halls in an isolated area. This is the same place you will get if you touch the ceremonial stone in area #42 while having the key.

There are a couple keys in the game that have duplicates..but it is because there are a couple duplicate locks (like 2 chests using the same key, but you need 2 keys because each lock uses a key.)

IIRC there is one or two keys down to the Drow Catacombs that have no use.
