The problem of course, is that he isnt representative for his party, if he were my quest for something to vote for would be over, although as a "lesser evil" option.
:( I see. I also know a couple of politicians who I like, that are not representative of their parties...one was thrown out of his party, another one is a young politican who is fighting with the older representatives of his party... :(
