The fastest regeneration item is the Axe of the Unyielding (upgraded version) which is in TOB. Next down is the ring of Gaxx, then the regular regeneration rings, then the ioun stone (pearly white?). I don't know where the sword blackrazor would fit in. Don't even bother with the dragonslayer sword (2 points per minute?!?!?! what good is that?) They don't stack (someone did careful testing) so spread out the regenaration items around the whole party.
May you walk on warrrrm sannd....

I've found that regen items stack. I can't say that they *all* do, or that they stack above a certain level, but I've tested two normal regen rings worn at the same time, and they do double the speed of recovery.

Well, that bloody axe really is the fastest regen item in the game... just keep un-equipping and reequiping him (this depends on your con, of course, and you can also use that black ioun stone or other items that give bonus con)
Also, there are two tipes of regeneration... one of them comes from rings, etc and is represented by that blue @ in your portrait, while the other is that "little guy" in your portrait.
Probably this two tipes of regen stack...

Being an Evil Overlord seems to be a good career choice. It pays well, there are all sorts of perks and you can set your own hours. However every Evil Overlord I've read about in books or seen in movies invariably gets overthrown and destroyed in the end. I've noticed that no matter whether they are barbarian lords, deranged wizards, mad scientists or alien invaders, they always seem to make the same basic mistakes every single time. Therefore, if I ever happen to become an Evil Overlord, ...
