Is the Paladins bonus Devine Grace permanent or has it to be cast ?

Its a bonus automatically added to your saves. Check your character sheet, you should be able to notice it if your CHA is high enough.
It is best to be thought a fool and stay silent, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
