Is this a bug or what ?

My lvl 2 char 1 fighter 1 rouge has an BAB of 3, after leveling to lvl 3 fighter again his BAB is 4, now after a while ( dunno exactly when or wht does it, could be a reload ) my BAB gets set back to 2.
My str is 14 so I have 2 bonus points that go into my BAB, I think the game ignores that after a while.
Is that a bug, or did I do something that made this happen ?

Happens to me occasionally as well, just restart nwn and it should be fine.
