To remove the exp cap remover, can't you just delete the files?
If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do.

The experiance cap remover is a file called XPCAP.2da. In order to remove it, simply delete it from your override.

or change all values in it that is -1 to 2800000, but that seems unneccesary
