how do i know he has a bounty on his head. he seem to be ok maybe she just hates his type??

Anytime you have a fighters guild quest you're unsure of the motivations behind, you can talk to Percius Mercius in the ald'ruhn guild for his insight. Sometimes he'll go so far as to tell you not to the quest, in fact.

Potential spoiler - Fighter's Guild quests

Like a big dumbo I just carried out most of the figher's guild quests, including the assassination ones. I finally balked at the one you get in Vivec to kill a magistrate in Ebonheart. I murdered Eydis and the orc whose name I forget in Vivec. But now Hardheart wants me to murder a load of thieves. Ho... hum...

I'd frozen my membership in the Fighters Guild at the Code Book point - after my Thieves Guld friend told me that's Commona Tong beehind all it. Do not feel i've lost anything. In fact, AFAIK, the FG is even worse than Telvani, and, since i do not play evil or murder-type character, i have nothing to do with it. Actually it's worth it to join them and do some first quests, but enough is enough.

if you talk to Mercius in Ald'ruhn about this quest he tells you that Dura really is wanted for murder, so don't feel bad about killing him.
