Your question proves you'd better not to :D AFIK, they're of the most hard beings in the game. And you should altogether get before to areas they're more or less common, low level char. have almost no chances either to meet random one or to defeat fixed one someplace what's supposed to be guarded by golden saint or sleeper.

In that case, find a shrine, they are mostly in the Ashlands and you will find them.

You could also get scrolls that will summon them if you need them for a specific quest.
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

Then there's no doubt they're avoiding you, that's all. Have you read that Daedra book? They are smart enough to know the real danger, and game just does not have monsters to match you ;)

@Jacob28348
I found a golden saint and a wingled something creature when i was doing a little scouting at Molag Amur region. I was searhing for the Staff of Magus and i was attacked by a golden saint somewhere near Mount Kand, but i guess it was a random encounter. Too bad i was carrying any Grand soulgems. :(

Exact same thing happened to me, a ways north of Molag Mar and on a mountain ridge. Maybe it is a set encounter? I didn't even know that it was a Golden Saint until I'd killed it  :D

I was thinking that it could be a random one since you find them into the middle of nowhere :) , but now i have second thoughts.

Chances are that we just had similar random encounters...I can live with that :)

Maybe, but it always nice to know another sure location for a Golden saint. :)

IIRC, if you're on good terms with Ajira and have helped her before in her bet afair, she'd give you a hint (miniquest, actually) ;)

I never got it because i've restarted the game soon after my search of it, because i've used the grand soul gems for the wrong creatures and also because of some bad choices in minor/major skills. :D

highlight
Ajira lets you know at some point about it if you help her to win the bet with the other mage, don't remember the name.
I've managed to pin-point the location, you have to answer some riddles for some element atrotachs in a cave near Mount Kand and they say to go to the triolith of Mount Kand to get your wisdom after that. That's as far i could get.

I get them all the time!

I don't believe what I'm reading! I run into those saints everywhere! Maybe your not looking hard enough for trouble. They are almost always at daedric ruins, in sorceress' caves, and I even ran into one near Punabi & Silipund, and the Grazelands. Ascended sleepers are in those weird square buildings, a few Dagoth Ur's followers caves, and I ran into one behind Maar Gan.

What's your level and attributes? Somebody was telling some time ago he had met a saint at Seyda Neen while leaving it first time. However, he had got to 100 in Sneak here before as a jumpstart (and levels accordingly, i guess, it was his major skill), so it might be the case.

I find that if you hang around daedric shrines long enough, you run into Golden Saints pretty regularly. I like going after them myself because soul-trapping them yields the best soul gems, and they usually drop good equipment. They're a bit of a challenge to soul-trap, because they keep dispelling the effect.

You can find loads of Ascended Sleepers in the Dwemer ruins NE of Maar Gaan (I think it's called Kogoruhn) and in a cave shrine near the coast between Hla Oad and Gnaar Mok (I stumbled on this one while exploring the area in my previous game).
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

It might depend on level altogether. I've tried to get max profit out of every level-up, so i have stats fair enough being still on level 15 now. I raided the ruins -both Dwarven and Daedric - on the islsand chain i'd known about (and managed to rebuild the shrine at Karth.Point) some time ago. Nonetheless i haven't met any saint or sleeper still, the highest beings are Hungers save only one Twilight in some shrine. I had no Daedric weapons either - until last time when i got three fixed (or so i guess, two of them at St.Olms and Monster Lab., IIRC) - longsword, dagger and ench. daedric dagger. The ground in my base is paved with Dwarven weapon and armor inlaid a bit with ebony (very rare still, though, and only three ebony axes gotten lately are from shrines), but next to none of random Daedric, sorry.

P.S. I raided - in process of exploring - at least 3 6th House caves, too...

Found my first golden saint in the Daedric Ruins in the Foyada Mamaea between Fort Moonmoth & Ghostgate. Had to Almsivi out to get a grand soul gem  Came back and it was still there. I'm level 21 and the fight would have been easy except the saint was backed up by a Flame Atronach, an Hunger and a Daedroth! I only just came out alive. Maybe I should have used my Daedric Katana (longblade skill 105 with belt of sanguine hewing) rather than Daedric axe (skill about 55)!
