Silver Dragon

I forget the name, but in the underdark is it possible that if you kill the silver dragon (or maybe its a song dragon, resembles one alot) that it gives you scales you can make armour out of, like the red and black ones?

No, the Silver Dragon doesn't give you scales.

Yeah, it's not so simple, no scales, the Silver Dragons "gives" you something else.

If you have the human flesh from Riejek Hidesman's house, then go to Umar Hills and talk to Fael, and buy a history of Zhentarim book. Then talk to him again and guess his name is Darcin Cole. Then he will ask for silver dragon blood, which you get from Adalon in the underdark. The armor itself is for evil chars. only and is AC 3, +4 to saving throws and 20% magic resistance.
