I helped a friend at an helpdesk once, realy fun what questions you got.
They used to write the most funny once down.
Someone had once broken his cup-holder what later apeared to be a CD-Rom drive.

And when they asked this woman if her broken printer was color or black&white, she answered that it was a little beige

I don't have the patience to explain computers to people.
all my mom needs to know it to double click words, and IE.
But she always wants to know how i install things, i once made a network petween her PC and my laptop, if i wanted to explain what i did to here.
But for those things, i just don't have the patience.

That does only BEGIN to describe it....I've discovered that Dispatchers / Helldeskers all over the world have a very similar set of mind....

...have you ever heard of the "Men in Black" ? ..... THEY started out as Helpdesk Agents for the NASA....
