Great, thank you, Quitch!
I was really feeling guilty talking of it in Nalia's thread :)
Where we came from, we don't know
Where we're going.... (even worse)
And about who we could be, we actually have trouble in clearly defining the term "to be" in the first place...

@Quitch: I LOVE YOU!!!!! (are you a girl by any chance??? :D )

Now, I have ANOTHER forum to infest with my presence!! :D

Seems that my ultimate run through the game has to wait another while...
But with a female char, I'll have to go for the sister-sister relation, not the romance....
mumble, mumble......

Just go for the sister-sister thing and you'll make Quitch very happy, I guess :)
He doesn't like the romance-Imoen option too much, as far as I understand.
The mod is not intended mainly as "a romance", in his idea.

@Quitch: correct?

Why the heck does everyone like imoen so much?

She is the umltimate "try but fail" char, wandering aboot in the shadow of her far superior brother / sister.

The best bhaalspawn sibling is Sarevok!!!! Wahey, the ultimate supervillain.

Mind you, I dont hate imoen *that* much, I just really like Sarevok and cant hack the bit where she lips him, in my party.. I sent her to die after that dialogue

Still.. more mentally stable / personable and less abusive and rude then any other female npc.. xept for maybe mazzy

Props....... Keep up the good work an all that, looks interesting

The mod is intended to flesh out Imoen as a character. She will have her motives, goals, personality... and you will have yours.

There are no rails forcing you down one route, you can attempt to develop the relationship anyway you see fit.

The decisions are yours, the consequences mine.

The character doesn't affect me much one way or the other, but the actress is irritatingly perky. Unfortunately, she also crops up as the voice of the leader of the interdimensional acting troupe which leaves Haer'dalis behind like a bad case of the hives.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Ahem... is not Sarevok doing exactly the same if not even worse? :)

The best bhaalspawn sibling is Sarevok!!!! Wahey, the ultimate supervillain.
Go romance Sarevok then... ;) :)
With my blessing.

To be honest, I think the way Quitch has opted to develop the mod is far better than a straight romance (which strikes me as slightly icky anyway). Imoen was diappointingly shallow, and as a fellow Child of Bhaal and also the PCs lifelong companion she has potential to be a great NPC.
I like Immy, but she's far underdeveloped as a character, which makes it hard to feel anything about her one way or the other.

And Quitch is a male, IIRC. :)

But, the italian voice for Immie is quite good, do you agree Serje? :)

those "consequences" sound like a menace, I'll have to stick with the sister-sister plain thing, so....

Yes, I love her voice.
To be even clearer, being her my first love since childhood, I do love her voice, her eyes, her looks, her hair, her... everything :)

(I also find Olimpia very cute, but Imoen is still a little better in my eyes) ;)

This ain't a TeamBG project, feel free to ask whatever you wish at the forum.

I've barely started, and the project still won't be truly rolling until Return to Windspear is finished. So, from today, I'd say five months.

That should cause some pain.

hey, here is an idea....diminutives...have the pc call imoen,

"hey immie, where is that bag of cinnimon cookies in my pack??"

i mean, we all call her that, and dimiutives would be cool.....

immie is by far the best "fleshed" out character in bg2, even though she has such few lines....

i alsways took her, even tho jan was way better...and forget nalia!!!

yoshi irritated me
They call me Darth...

Darth Gizka!

Muwahahahahhahahha!!!
