What is that "Keen" ability added to some weapons?

Keen improves your critical hits with a weapon ...

If a weapon normally criticals on a 19 or 20 ... then if the weapon is Keen then it will critical on 17 - 20. :)

If you have Keen and Improved Critical the weapon will critical on 15 - 20. :D
