I using Shadowkeeper to change a mage to a sorceror cheating?
I have finished the game with a mage, and I want to try a sorceror. If I use shadowkeeper to change the mage to a sorcerer, is that cheating?

Why bother? If you're done the game, start again from the beginning. Hacking a mage into a sorc could also be misleading / terminal, because of the different ways that the spellbooks work.
And, if you're interested, I'm pretty sure that a hack like that is minor cheating.
Although, I'm always tempted to hack Edwin into a sorc; it seems to be a more appropriate class for him.

A better way would probably be to move the saved game to multiplayer save, empty the mage's inventory, delete him, create a sorceror and finally use the ShadowKeeper to put your new sorceror up to the level of choise.
