Questions Reguarding Henchmen in Chapter 2 and up...(Spoiler)

After getting through a couple of sections of the 2nd chapter, I decided to talk to my Henchman (Sharwyn).

I noticed that the responses I could give her to her story got a little flirty, which brought me to ask the following questions:

Do some of the Henchmen quests go romantic and if they do, do they effect Aribeth later?

I haven't seen anything get real flirty with my monk and her romance with Aarin Gend is still there. So I would say, as long as you get Aribeth's ring then I wouldn't worry about anything else.
