Sigh*

Post by Eriks »

What is up with all this armor that makes your character look like he is wearing a skirt?! It is really annoying. You should see my elven character in plate armor, he looks like Dorothy in a metal dress. SO ANNOYING! Even the studded leather armor looks like you have a skirt (at least from the back and sides).
This is making me not wear a lot of the armor I want to because I simply cant stand the way my character looks.
Anyway, the purpose of this is to ask (I think it may have been asked before but I can't seem to find the thread) if there is white dragon armor in the game and if so where can I find it and what does it look like on your character. Also is it listed as light, medium or heavy armor?
Sorry for my rant at the beginning I had to get that out of my system :)

Spoiler

There is white, red, copper, and blue dragon armor in the game. As for what it looks like on your character that is unknown. The Red Dragon Armor looked fine on my dwarf, but he was alot more short and stubby compared to your elf. I found most of my dragon armor in chapter 3.

**Spoiler**

The best dragon armor is the red one, being a Full Plate +5 with 20 points of fire damage absorption, plus less weight than the regular full plate.
The Blue, Copper, and White sets gradually provide lesser AC values, while granting the same quantity of element damage absorption (20).
If i`m not wrong, values are as following:
Red Dragon: +5, 20 points of Fire Absorption.
Blue Dragon: +4, Lightning.
Copper Dragon: + 3, Acid.
White Dragon: +2, Cold.
All suits are considered Full Plate (AC 8) and weight less than their normal counterparts (40%?).
Please feel free to correct me if i`m wrong.

That they are considered full plate really bothers me. In ToB the White Dragon Armor was considered light armor. I know they were not classified like that but my Stalker could use it without sacraficing hide in shadows or suffering any penalties. Same goes for the Shadow Dragon Armor. Oh well :(
