Skills of choose: Concentration, Heal, Parry, spellcraft and lore
Feats:
Beginning lvl: Ambidexterity and two weapon fighting
lvl 3: wapon focus scimitar
lvl 6: On this lvl i multiclass for a fighter just because i want the weapon specialization on scimitar
lvl 9: Empower spell
lvl 12: improved two weapon fighting
lvl 15: improved critical on scimitar
lvl 18: well either i choose combat casting ore spell penetration, witch is the best?

take a third class as a ranger if you are all about twf, you get ambidex and TWF for free. (at the cost of one caster-level)

spellcraft is only useful if you want to counterspell, and parry is a waste imho.
