Well-I didnt really have problems with either of these fights-probably because I was a medium high level warrior.

So you have plenty of options:
1-Try summoning things if you can
2-Try using stealth if it is a high enough skill-especially at the necromancer's lair
3-If you are seriously getting hurt and you really want to do this quest-try running away to outside-a safe place to heal. When You are ready to re-enter the battle go back inside.
4-You can wait until you are a higher level with better items.
“Caw, Caw!” The call of the wild calls you. Are you listening? Do you dare challenge their power? Do you dare invade? Nature will always triumph in the end.

well i was a wood elf then and pretty weak so i had to wait a while before i could kill them. Actually as long as you are able to strenghen the character this quest shouldn't be a problem. Just wait a bit.

Try taunting

Try taunting them one by one into attacking you. It's hard to do but you then get to fight them one on one and have no bounty to pay off. Even if you only get one or two it makes the job a lot easier. Also when you taunt try bribiing them first to get them up around the 60% approval area. This gives you room to fail once or twice and still enrage them in the end. The beauty of it is you get the money back!
