Only +4 weapons or better will harm him. Crom Feyer should do the trick. I know the Staff of Rhynn at Ribald's will kill him.

Also, Melf's Minute Meteors hurt him. Don't know why, but they work.

Hope this helps.

...and that sling that requires no bullets (the name just slipped my mind) - and some weapons that are higher against undead than their description indicates, like tha Mace of Disruption +2

Kangaxx can be hit by everything which is +4 or +5: Staff of Rynn, Sling of Everard, Warblade, Soul Reaver, Dragon's Breath, Wave, Carsomyr, Crom faeyr and Staff of Magi.
Before leaving for Asylum, you can have: Staff of Rynn, Staff of Magi, Sling of Everard and Carsomyr.
I don't think Mace of Disruption +2 can hit Kangaxx. It is a +2 weapon even against undeads but it can kill and undead if it fails saving vs. death. This way, it can kill a Greater Mummy, for example. As far as Kangaxx is concerned, well, Kangaxx is an undead BUT it is not-so-undead in some sense: False Dawn works badly (even if it should confuse Kangaxx at least) and Sunray works badly as well. I haven't tried the mace but I wouldn't be surprised if it works badly, too.
