Is there any way to trigger NPC's quests using the CLUAConsole?
Because this time i want to try all the quests available, so i'm saving the sixth slot in my party for a different NPC each time - i'll do his quest, and then i'll replace him.
But, AFAIK, this quests have timers or something similar, so - all you CLUA masters - how do i trigger the quests?
For example, Keldorn's family quest?

I cannot be caged.
I cannot be controlled.
(I probably cannot be contained either)
Understand this as you die,
ever pathetic, ever fools.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for. Some quests are triggered the same way that traps are--you have to walk to a certain location on a map either to trigger them or to meet the other NPCs who are involved; there's no easy way to get around that (unless you want to create every NPC from the console, which seems kind of silly to me). For example, to start Keldorn's quest, you have to walk in front of his house. On the other hand, timers are easy to reset (just set them to 1), as long as you know the proper codes. All it does is speed up the quests; it doesn't trigger them.
If you want to try all the quests available, you'll have to be fairly conventional about it. But it really shouldn't be all that hard to do. I've come very close to doing it in a couple of games, just by being selective about which NPCs were in my party at any given time.
For example, if you want to try Mazzy's quests, all you have to do is rescue her, let her join the party, finish the quest you're currently on, then go to Slums of Athkatla, then go to her house in Trademeet. You can reset the timers to speed up the process if you want to.
If you want to try Jan's quests, let him join your party, then go to his house in the Slums. Again, you can speed up the process by resetting the timer.
The same applies to Valygar (take him with you to the Planar Sphere), Nalia (take her with you to the Keep, then back to Athkatla), Korgan (he'll tell you where to go), Edwin (do what it takes to get him into your party, then do what he says), Jaheira (just keep her in your party and follow the cues), Anomen (ditto), Cernd (ditto), and Haer'Dalis (listen to the cues from various NPCs).
Imoen doesn't have a personal quest per se unless you count the critical path. Same with Minsc (he wants revenge). Aerie and Viconia don't have quests subsequent to their rescue (unless you count what happens in Viconia's romance).
Most quests are fairly short, but the quests for Jaheira, Yoshimo, Anomen, and Edwin take a considerable amount of game time, so you should count on making them your primary party members if you want to experience their quests in their entirety. You're on the right track for leaving a space open for NPCs to come and go, but you should also consider your overall party composition. If your main character is a Fighter of some sort, then Jaheira, Yoshimo, Anomen, and Edwin are not a bad combination for a party. Of course, you could try to speed up their quests, but it would involve resetting a lot of timers, and I'm not sure how much fun it would be.
BTW, it's also possible to skip most of the quests. The shortest game I ever played took less than an hour. Immediately after starting a new game, I changed a couple of global variables and created Elhan, who immediately took me to Suldanessellar. It sure made getting there a lot easier.
