Littiz you are right but me thinks they mean why are they the only people in the game that get them?
Ancient times they had no statistics so they had to fall back on lies
"I'm invinceable"
"your a loony"
I'd rather be rich than stupid.
If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

I found them somewhere else anyway

@Lititz, when you kill a person who's consumed a potion, you'll typically find no bottles on 'em. That's deliberate. The empty bottles in the Temple District are the skeleton of another quest which was never finished, just like the Guarded Compound, itself.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
If someone creates such a MOD, they need to make sure that every organization they can think of is involved in a vast, over-arching conspiracy: the Slave Lords, the Roenalls, the Twisted Rune, the Skin Dancers, The Hidden, the unknown Mage who put a price on your character's head, the mysterious cloners, etc, etc. We can't have any loose ends now, can we?
I knew about the unfineshed quest, but I've always considered
that bottles a "hint" for the defeated player (the first times
he tries the battle): "hey, pal, they've potions and they' USING
them!"
Also I really sure I found other empty bottles somewhere..
I'll pay attention from now...

If you are a mage and you have the planar sphere, your apprentice might make them for you in his regular batch of potions. However there still doesnt appear to be a use for them.
Maybe you can use them like in NWN (create potions by casting spells on them)

Thou shalt not look, neither shall you touch, lest you die (or become so incredibly envious that you steal it)
Who are the Hidden, the mage and the cloners? By the last one, do you mean that random, very rare encoutner when you face "yourself" so to speak?VonDondu wrote:If someone creates such a MOD, they need to make sure that every organization they can think of is involved in a vast, over-arching conspiracy: the Slave Lords, the Roenalls, the Twisted Rune, the Skin Dancers, The Hidden, the unknown Mage who put a price on your character's head, the mysterious cloners, etc, etc. We can't have any loose ends now, can we?
