Maheer, the fat Rashemite weaponsmith in Waukeen's Promenade (which I believe should actually be labeled "Weaponsmith" on the area map.)

Just another note: You can upgrade it once again after that, in case you didn't know already. You need a round blue stone called a Beljuril.

the original gives you a 5th level berserker for a minute once a day.

the two upgrades make this a 7th and 9th level berserker, respectively.

It's utterly useless, like most figurine thingies in the game. Why bother casting it when you can just walk up and whack the monsters??

It is kind of nice for a little back up for the solo PC out there. Just think If I use all those summon creature things I would have an army of monsters. :D

And from a role-playing perspective, a figurine/the horn/efreet bottle/etc. would have to be one of the coolest things in the world... a portable defender buddy with magical properties that you don't need to feed. And look at the success Drizzt has with Gwenavar (s/p)...
Tired of working here wanted a holiday was thinking of retiring probably going to die. Time to move on under down... down down.
