Should I get it???

Every time I go the the store looking at games I see Arcanum. I never heard much about it, and don't know much about it. I've read the box about half-dozen times now contemplating getting the game. It looks good enough for $19.95, but the thing is I've been playing IE games like the BG series almost exclusively since it came out and I don't really like that many other games. You could say I'm really picky when it comes to games. Basically I'm just wondering if it would be worth it to get since I rarely stray from BG. Everytime I get a new game, I'm back to BG2 within a matter of weeks.

Well, it's a pretty good CRPG in it's own right. Think Fallout-type game and you won't be disappointed playing it. You could do a lot worse for 20 bucks

Is it real time or turn based? I just started fallout and the combat is pretty annoying so is searching and picking stuff up.

It can be both, but turn-based is better.

Real-time combat sucks because all is based on how fast you press the keyboard. And there are very few tactical decisions to be done.
