Fear & Stun

Post by lunarwater »

I know the dragon boots make you immune to fear. Is there any other items that can make you immune to fear. Stun as well. Everytime I see mummies or a dragon, my rogue goes running like crazy. *ug*

I think the Circlet (mage helm) works too. It makes you immune to all mind-affecting spells, which includes fear. I think it also includes stun, because my PC never got stunned or dazed the whole time he was wearing it, which was most of the game.

Magus is talking about the Golden Circlet, which makes you immune to all mind-affecting spells, and yes, it does protect against both stun and fear.

I looted mine, but shortly thereafter I began seeing them for sale by a couple of merchants, in Chapter Two. I seem to remember having to wait until I was level ten to be able to wear it however...

The female mage in chapter two (the one who wants a magic reagent before she shows her wares) sells it. It works on a Rogue / Ranger, so it probably can be used by most classes. Great item IMHO.
