Aharunartus question

i just started Morrowind today (i've been too into NWN for the last couple weeks hehe) anyway i stumbled upon a bandit cave called Aharunartus. I fought a bunch of bandit scum and killed their leader ( a burly orc with a battle axe ). There is also a group of prisoners being held here but they can't be released until their shackles are undone. I was just wondering where the key to the prisoners' shackles is located. Did i miss something or is it found somewhere else? thanks for your patience with a first time "Morrowinder" hehe

Keys are usually found on one of the bandits or among the crates and chests. Often the key is laying on top of a crate or chest (which IIRC is the case here).

you can also use the detect key spell
