agreed, I guess. Creeper is the best vender in the game.

if you read past posts there was this thing about a mudcrab. I finally found him on a small little island southeast of vivec (i think so) He has 10000 on him ...his kinda like creeper...beasts with money.
And yes he is a talking crab...

Yes, but, IMO, he isnt the best because I heard if you kill any mudcrabs, he wont talk to you. If thats true, its kind of bad. If you kill scamps, then Creeper doesnt care.

it seems as long as you don't kill any mudcrabs AROUND him then it's fine coz i've been collecting crabmeat for as long as i remember. :D

Thats good to know. Can you give me any better directions to it other than East of Vivec?

okay
travel directly east from vivec (align from the foreign quaters) all the way east untill you reach Mazhneh Ruin. The crab is on an island northeast (more east then north) of Mazhneh. It is the first island that you see (an extremely small island)

And it is very near Mazhneh ruin.

Mr mudcrab is the only crab there so you don't havr to go around looking for him.

The crab is dealing only with weaponry and potions, though. It have no interest in gems, for example. The largest cash w/o adds altogether.

ive sold my my creeper about 4, 5k items (glass jinkblades), 4, 15k items (ebony short swords), etc. i can now sell him 80k items and buy back all my cheap loot and sell it all back to him. it takes a while but i make out like a bandit.
