some questions

Post by Toasty »

Hi guys .. i'm quite new to the game and so i have some questions ..
1. Where can i get a full list of (normal) weapons and armors .. with damage and armor rate? i didn't found that nowhere ..
2. does a gouverning attribute always affects the skill? does endurance effects my heavy armor rate?
3. whar dimentions of armor do u reach with the unarmored skill?
4. do spells get better when u reach a new skilllevel in the refering school? if not and u have to by a better spell, what are the levels in the magic schools for?
5. is there another possibility for the main story but joining the blades? maybe a more evil possibility .. like joining dagoth ur?
so .. thats all for now .. thaks for response ..

To answer your questions:

#1 - 3: Don't know off the top of my head.

#4: I believe the only thing that gaining points in a spell skill does is increase your chances of casting a spell successfully. I know that when I started out, there were lots of spells I could almost never cast, but once I leveled up a bunch, I can cast them 100% of the time.

#5: There is not another option other than joining the Blades to follow the main story. It would not surprise me, however, if somewhere out there, someone was making a mod with an evil path for the main storyline.
You will run afoul of both a common misconception and a family of bears.

3.im sorry but i have no clue, unarmored blows anyway.
4.no the spells dont get better. the higher your level in the school the better chance you have of casting a spell that is in that school of magic.

No - your chances of casting more powerful spells improve. Don't forget - once you've learned a spell of a certain type, you use the spellmaking services some mages and priests offer to make different spells of that type. Example - you know a spell that does some fire damage on touch. You can use the spellmaking service to create a fireball spell (fire damage on target over large area).
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

and .. i remembered some other questions ..
where can i sell very expensive weapons? like a deadric axe or something .. or can u only sell this while buying another expensive item?

where can i buy good (expensive) heavy armor items and swords?

how does the hole shrine thing work? in every shrine i entered jet the owners attacked me .. were this the wrong ones or do i have to talk to someone first?
