When does chapter 3 end?

I was just wondering, which quests have to be completed in order to end chapter 3?

Actually, only quest you have to do is either paying 15,000gp to Gaelen Bayle and working for the Shadow Thieves, or paying same to Bodhi and working for her. All other quests are optional for you togain more exp and money.

Finish all the quest for the Thieves and the chapter ends.

I would like to do that very much, but I can't kill Bodhi because she never seems to be in her crypt, I've cleaned out the rest of the crypt, but no bodhi.
