im trying to make a dex monk that uses wep. feness(?) but it doesnt show up as a feat on my list. my stats are=
11 str
16 dex
10 int
16 wis
12 con
8 cha

What level are you? If you are trying to do it starting out you can't with a monk. Weapon Finese requires a BAB of +1 and at level 1 monks of a BAB of 0, so you are going to have to wait till at least level 2 to get it. Which means level 3 because monks don't get a feat at level 2.
