Strong Race

I like to play a Kensai Gnome. Now before you laugh, think about this, kensai's ability to hit opponents in melee coupled with gnome ability to shrug off spells like an umbrella sheds water. In other words:

Elemental Lich: casts powerword stun, Ryu
Ryu: Save vs spell
anyone else have any unusual race/kit combos?

halflings are even beter as gnomes tey have good saves against spells and against poison. a disatvantage is that they don't have great stengt there are a number of ways to improve this.

Reminds me of the default "PUNCH" command in DragonRealms. There's a special one you get if you try it with a Halfling: "XXXX punches YYYY in the kneecap!"

Iv tried halfling barb' and there quite good But when you hide in shadows with duel weaps equip how is the dam calcuated

Damage calc by:

Thief Backstab Multiplier X weapon dam + Str bonus
say level 8 thief with ShortSword+1 str 18
4 X 1-6+1 + 2
so max damage possible= 36 damage
unless critical then max possible = 72

I would say that Humans are the strongest race, only because they can dual class. Dualclass is too strong if you ask me, but i like it.

Of course other people says monks are strongest, but that too is human only.

Elves are good, +1 with Long Swords and Long Bows, 19 Dex, Infravision...
