You want more than 5k?

Ive been told there is a mudcrab with 10k east of Vivec, and on an island north of Mzahnch ruin.

Its more handy to go to Creeper in the orc manor in Caldera-he has 5k but hes quicker to walk to.

Heh heh, just made a plug-in with a private room in the Balmora Mages' Guild, complete with a teleporter to the Crab Merchant. No more long treks! In the latter part of the game it helps to have a merchant with lots of cash, since the enchanters don't always update their available gold after you have them enchant a really expensive item for you.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I know what ya mean, I have the strat guide and I was looking at a map that showed some stuff that was worth the trip to go find, I came back to ald'ruhn and tried selling it...hah. I still have an orchish pauldron in my inventory worth 950 or so because every merchant in ald'ruhn that would buy it is down to around 15 gold. I need to go to balmora..

There is a trader in the Ashlander camp of Zainab called Ababael Timsar-Dadisun (don't ask). The camp is half-way between the Red Mountain and the East coast.

He has 9000 gp and he's also the master of the Mercantile skill.

I just cast the spell "Mark" next to the mudcrab when I (finally) found him for the first time. It was really handy when I was first starting off in the game as I would go trekking into dungeons and go totally overweight then just teleport straight to the mudcrab :) It's excellent being able to teleport straight to him from any location in the game world.
I killed a rabid rabbit! I'm experienced now!
