Well if you want to go to Uni, its harsh. They rank you by which score you get. Score is determined by 50% school grade (often moderated by Curriculum Council) and 50% exam score. And they rank you from 100 to 0. To get into medical school you need to get a score above 99.97. So only top 0.3% get into that stream. Very competitive.
