OK, a quick question. In Final Jeopardy the contestants get to bet anything up to all their points/money on getting the final question right, right? And then if they get it right then they are awarded that many points.

So, if for example a contestant had more than double the scores of his rivals...does that mean he wins automatically? I'm not sure about this as it's been ages since I was in America to watch the show...

You got it right Kam, you can bet all your points if you want in the final round

but, if you miss the anawer, you lose those p[oints.

Woohoo! I calculate that I can bet anything up to 1000 points, and still win.

I forgot - of course there is real incentive for me to gamble and bet all my points in the real game, as there is actually money to be won, but what would I win here? Even more loathing?

I guess I didn't do too bad since I didn't participate in the first round with the exception of the first question.
