That one didn't take very long for you to figure out... But, it's my fault for picking one of the Seven Wonders of the world. :) Alright. Next!
  1. Warf is visiting a 3,212 foot tall landmark.
  2. There is a lot of water here...
  3. Warf wonders what body of water causes this landmark to flow and fall.

I think my next question will have to come from a different book rather than my '99 World Almanac. :o :)

Theoretically, he could of course be diving, but I guess Warf is swimming in Lake Assail.

Yep. We're going to have to play when CE isn't around to give somebody else a chance for some points. :D

:D It's not so difficult to be good when nobody else is around... :D Anyway, a friend is picking me up for dinner in half an hour, so you will have the entire evening to catch up! :D ;)

That is if I can figure out some more well-known locations by then. I feel a little brain-racked today, so I may have to stop the game and take a breather while I look some more up on the good ol' e-net.

After playing Icewind Dale, of course. I accidently broke on of my BG1 disks, which in itself is enough to get my head fried in frusteration. But I'm OK for right now. :D

Here's another one then while Aqua play IWD.

Olek is lost again,

1. Olek is in one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in the world.
2. The city was conquered by Alexander the great, Ghengis Khan and Tamerlane.
3. Olek especially admires the famous three Madrassas at the square.

Wahay! It was going to be either Tashkand or Samarkand. I just wasnt sure, but Samarkand just seemed like the more reasonable answer.

Yep, Tashkand don't have any famous Madrassas, not AFAIK anyway. :) I'd like to visit Samarkand some day, looks like an amazing place! :)

OK. Ive got one.

Warf has a third cousin called Gumbo.

1)Gumbo is in Asia
2)Gumbo is in a Temple that, when built, was dedicated to Vishnu under the rulership and orders of King Suryavarman II
3) This temple still stands even after the Khmer Rouge was ordered to shoot some of the statues of this place.
