Where's Kelsey?

Post by khimaira »

Problem is... I can't find Kelsey! I've installed him and now "searched" all Athkathla, but I haven't met him yet. Is he outside the city, or what?

My pleasure. It's been a while since I played, so please let us know if my memory is correct. :)

No, Kelsey is in the government district, near Keldorn's house. Coords roughly 2000x2000.

We did put this in the docs that came with Kelsey. :)

Well now I found him! Kelsey wasn't in Trademeet, nope, but he came to talk to me at the Goverment district. He's definately American, I can hear it. ;)

No, fable, but you can find the female version of the magic trade there, Tashia. :)

They used jason compton's voice for Kelsey. So that would explain that.

Still, Kelsey's voice sounds very American to me...

The two aren't incompatible. I've American friends who barely retain a bit of an Irish lilt from parents. I'm an American, and simply because I try to pronounced distinctly (I worked in public radio for seventeen years), I get occasionally accused of being British. :D ;)

Given that I'm a third-generation Chicagoan, you're just lucky he's not asking for Polish saaaasage.

Yes--ridiculous, isn't it? :D As though there was a single accent for the entire UK! But Americans (of which I'm one) all too often think of England, the UK and Britain as synonymous: hardly the case if you speak to someone who's Welsh, Scottish or Irish, for instance. ;)

Both of you understood what I meant. As you also know that usually people use "British" when they actually mean "English".

But if you enjoy keeping a stiff upper lips attitude, that's fine with me.
